Refund policy
Whilst we hope your experience using RITUDOZE is seamless, we appreciate there may be, from time to time, queries and concerns.
If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your RITUDOZE product, please email info@ritudoze.com, where a member of our team will get back to you asap to arrange a refund/return.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting info@ritudoze.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service as RITUDOZE are unable to take responsibility for any missing packages. Once confirmed receipt of return, all monies will be returned within 10 working days through your original payment method. Please note we do not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs. Costs of returning the items are also non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are unable to be refunded/returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your RITUDOZE silk product for another colour, please contact info@ritudoze.com. All Items for exchange will need to be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition the product was received.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
