RITUDOZE ships all orders within a 1-3 working days, this excludes UK public holidays. Once processed, you will be notified by the designated contact details and tracking information.

If, in any circumstance, there is a delay to your order, we do our very best to contact you directly.

All shipments are sent via Hermes Courier service, should you not be home and the time of delivery, you can adjust your preferences at www.hermes.co.uk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any additional payment of duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, dependant of your delivery address. It is the customers responsibility to pay said taxes and duties.
